For Android app support, email support@eaglereach.dev. Your studio is saved on your device; uninstalling or clearing app data removes pottery, progress and consumable supplies. Owned Artisan tools can be restored through the purchasing Google Play account.

Getting useful help
Please include the app name, your device model, operating-system version and app version when relevant. Do not email passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information.
Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play handles Android billing and refund requests. App Store billing and refund requests are managed through Apple. View or cancel subscriptions through the store where you subscribed: Apple Account settings on iPhone, or Payments & subscriptions in Google Play on Android. For a problem with an app feature unlocked by a purchase, contact us and include the app name.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address for access, correction or deletion requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Reach handles information.
