For help with an Eagle Reach application, bug reports, account or privacy requests, email us with the app name and a short description of what happened.
Getting useful help
Please include the app name, your device model, operating-system version and app version when relevant. Do not email passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information.
Purchases and subscriptions
App Store billing and refund requests are managed through Apple. Subscriptions can be viewed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. For a problem with an app feature unlocked by a purchase, contact us and include the app name.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address for access, correction or deletion requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Reach handles information.
