Using Still Clay

Still Clay is a creative pottery game intended for people aged 13 and above. Use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorised access or circumvent its security or purchase controls. Where you are below the age of legal majority, obtain a parent or guardian's permission to use the app and make purchases. Applicable Google Play age and payment restrictions also apply.

Coins, clay and artworks are virtual game items with no cash value. Collectors, orders and marketplace sales are simulated. The app does not pay you money or exchange money or artworks with other players. You are responsible for images and other content you choose to share using external services.

Google Play purchases and refunds

Optional Android purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms of service. Google Play checkout shows the applicable price and payment terms. There are no subscriptions or automatically renewing purchases in this version of Still Clay. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement does not apply to this Android version. Mandatory marketplace terms and consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Artisan Tool Set is a permanent tool unlock. Coin and clay packs provide consumable supplies. Purchases require an internet connection and a Google Play account. Cancelled or pending purchases do not deliver paid items until Google Play confirms completion. Refund requests follow Google Play's refund process and applicable consumer law.

Promotional clay deliveries

Clay Discovery Set provides 5 earthenware, 3 stoneware and 2 porcelain portions immediately, then the same quantities after 24 and 48 hours. Welcome Clay Set provides those daily quantities immediately and every 24 hours for six more deliveries. Missed deliveries accumulate for when you return; supplied clay does not expire. Neither set renews automatically.

Each promotional set can be bought once per app installation. Restarting or updating the app does not reset this local limit. Reinstalling or clearing app storage resets local records and may make a set available again, but also loses the prior studio and any remaining deliveries.

Local saves and restoration

There is no Still Clay sign-in, cloud save or cross-device studio recovery. Pottery, coins, inventory and outstanding clay deliveries exist only in this installation. Android app data is excluded from automatic backup and device transfer, and the app has no manual studio-backup feature. Clearing app storage or uninstalling loses those items and records.

The Artisan Tool Set can be restored using the Google Play account that bought it. Consumed coin and clay purchases, spent supplies, local balances and remaining promotional deliveries cannot be restored from Google Play. Refresh unfinished purchases can check transactions that Google Play still reports as unfinished; it is not a backup or recovery service for consumed purchases. Android purchases do not transfer to the iOS version.

Saved photos and images you share are separate from the studio and may remain after the app is removed. Keep your device secure and consider the local-save limits before purchasing or changing devices.

Intellectual property

Eagle Reach and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, visual design, branding and content, except for the limited right to use them under these terms. Feedback may be used to improve our products without an obligation to compensate you. You retain rights in content that you lawfully provide.

Third-party services

A service may link to or work with third-party products. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to provide dependable products but do not promise that every service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Eagle Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse or operate the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
