App Store licence

Apps obtained through Apple’s App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless an app supplies a custom end-user licence, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, those mandatory terms control.

Using our services

You may use our services for their intended personal or business purpose and in accordance with applicable law. You must not misuse a service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security or usage limits, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Accounts and devices

If an app offers accounts, you are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding your access credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases made through an app are processed by the applicable app marketplace and are also subject to its payment, cancellation and refund rules. Where an app offers a subscription, the price, billing period, renewal terms and included features will be shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account settings.

Intellectual property

Eagle Reach and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, visual design, branding and content, except for the limited right to use them under these terms. Feedback may be used to improve our products without an obligation to compensate you. You retain rights in content that you lawfully provide.

Third-party services

A service may link to or work with third-party products. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to provide dependable products but do not promise that every service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Eagle Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse or operate the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
