ScrollPocket Terms of Use
These product terms govern ScrollPocket for iOS, its share extensions and Home Screen widgets, provided by Eagle Reach Enterprises Limited.
Using ScrollPocket
ScrollPocket for iOS lets you retain content you choose, review available text, links, places and dates, organize saves and take actions such as opening Maps, creating optional reminders, exporting a Calendar event or sharing a collection guide. No ScrollPocket account or in-app purchase is required in this release. These terms supplement the applicable App Store licence and usage rules; they do not replace rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your content and source restrictions
You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to save, process and share content. Retaining a post or screenshot does not transfer its copyright to you or grant permission to republish it. Respect creators, privacy, applicable law and the source service’s rules. ScrollPocket is not affiliated with or endorsed by the social platforms whose content you save, and does not promise access to private, restricted, removed or unavailable material.
Check important details
Recognition, recovered source details, summaries, translation and suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Screenshot recognition cannot infer a destination hidden behind a button, recover cropped link characters or verify a venue merely from pictured map pixels. Confirm links, places, event dates, time zones and other important information against the original source. Do not rely on the app as the sole record or alert for critical commitments.
Events and reminders are distinct. A saved event does not automatically schedule a notification. Reminders need your confirmation and applicable notification permission, and delivery depends on iOS and your settings. Calendar export needs your review and saving in Apple’s editor; later edits are not synchronized back to ScrollPocket. Widgets may refresh later than the main app and should not be treated as real-time alerts.
Availability and your copies
Source recovery, Maps and some system functionality require internet access or supported Apple hardware, software, languages and downloaded assets. Core saving and organization do not require Apple Intelligence. Features and source-service access can change. Maintain your own copies of content that matters.
Private Cloud Compute is optional and off by default. If you enable it on an eligible device, explicit AI requests may send relevant source text and your request to Apple, subject to availability and Apple’s limits. Do not treat AI suggestions as verified facts or expect unlimited service or a successful result for every save. The Privacy Policy describes the request scope, exclusions and local fallback.
Review outgoing content before sharing. Private backup packages are unencrypted and can contain raw or hidden source evidence and personal information. Protect exported files and use destinations you trust. The app cannot revoke content already sent to recipients or delete copies held by another app or service. Removing a displayed field is reversible and may retain its original evidence; delete the whole save when you want to remove its Library record.
Privacy
The ScrollPocket iOS Privacy Policy explains local storage, source requests, Apple processing, selected Photos access, optional notifications, Calendar export, widgets, sharing, feedback and backups. Company website terms remain available at Eagle Reach company terms.
Intellectual property
Eagle Reach and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, visual design, branding and content, except for the limited right to use them under these terms. Feedback may be used to improve our products without an obligation to compensate you. You retain rights in content that you lawfully provide.
Third-party services
A service may link to or work with third-party products. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to provide dependable products but do not promise that every service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice where required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Eagle Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse or operate the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
