Blow Birthday Candle: Live Cam Android Terms of Use

The app and your licence

Blow Birthday Candle: Live Cam provides virtual candles, birthday cards, local birthday reminders/widgets and optional camera/AR photos and videos for personal use. It is not a physical candle. Blowing detection is sound-based and can react to background noise. Manual extinction is available. Camera and AR require permission and compatible hardware; placement and hat alignment depend on conditions.

Monthly and Lifetime Premium

Free choices and previews are available without purchase. Both Premium plans unlock Diamond-marked candles, colours, backgrounds and celebrations. Monthly renews each month through Google Play unless cancelled before renewal. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable with no recurring fee or timed expiry, subject to refund or revocation. The localized price and conditions appear before payment. Pending or unverified payments do not unlock access.

Starting or finally sharing your own Diamond scene requires Premium. Free choices remain available if you dismiss Premium. Received gifts, including Diamond scenes/effects, are free to enjoy without ownership of other paid options. Some seasonal choices are free and others display a Diamond badge; the app identifies paid choices before the final gated action.

Purchases, restoration and cancellation

Purchases belong to the Google Play account used to buy. Use Restore purchases with that account after reinstalling or moving to another compatible Android device. Apple purchases do not transfer to Google Play. Purchase restoration and delayed approval do not start microphone capture.

Internet and Play availability may be needed to buy, verify or restore. Verified Lifetime evidence supports offline use until an ownership check changes access. Monthly requires periodic online verification and is not saved as an offline entitlement. Reconnect and retry to recover an eligible entitlement if verification is unavailable.

Cancel Monthly through Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and preserves eligible access until the paid period ends, subject to Google’s policies and applicable law. Buying Lifetime, deleting the app or clearing its data does not cancel another Monthly subscription. Refunds or revocation can remove access. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Birthdays, reminders, recordings and gifts

Birthday information is stored on this device. Manage reminder settings and notification permission as needed; Android notification, battery and background conditions can delay or suppress alerts. Widgets and notifications may reveal saved names/photos to people who can see the screen. The app is not a guaranteed delivery service or a substitute for keeping important records.

Photos, videos, countdown images, messages and gift files are exported only at your direction. Choose content and recipients appropriately. Anyone receiving an unencrypted gift can read or forward it; recipient apps apply their own privacy rules. The app cannot remove copies saved or sent elsewhere. A gift grants only the received scene and does not transfer a store purchase.

Private access code

An approved app-specific code can enable Diamond features locally for review without a purchase. It creates no Play ownership, cannot be restored as a purchase and does not cancel subscriptions. Checkout is disabled while code access is active. Deactivate under Premium → More options → Access code; purchased access is separate.

Google services and privacy

Google Play’s terms apply to platform purchases. Optional AR requires Google Play Services for AR and compatible hardware; Google’s AR and ML Kit services have technical-data practices described in this app’s Android Privacy Policy. Support, website and privacy requests

Blow Birthday Candle: Live Cam is provided by Eagle Reach Enterprises Limited. Contact hello@eaglereach.dev or use Eagle Reach support for app, purchase or privacy questions. Information you send, including your contact details and issue description, is used to respond and resolve the request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Public pages are delivered using Amazon Web Services hosting and content delivery. Opening a page sends the request information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address and browser request, to those providers. Our email service providers process messages you choose to send. Support information is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations; ask us about access or deletion using the contact above. Intellectual property

Eagle Reach and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, visual design, branding and content, except for the limited right to use them under these terms. Feedback may be used to improve our products without an obligation to compensate you. You retain rights in content that you lawfully provide.

Third-party services

A service may link to or work with third-party products. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to provide dependable products but do not promise that every service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Eagle Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse or operate the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
